The Annex at Hounsley Cottage offers a peaceful countryside retreat with its own entrance and complete privacy.

The space

A beautiful converted barn consisting of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great living and kitchen space which expands into a spacious private outside area via bi-fold doors.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Off of the kitchen there is a utility area which has a washer/dryer machine and patio door that leads out onto the patio area which has outdoor furniture for you to enjoy.

Through the open plan living space, you will find a downstairs bathroom which has a shower. Next door to this you will find a downstairs double bedroom.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom which has a shower.

Travel cot and high chair available, please let us know if you need this for your stay

There is a private patio area with table and chairs as well as a gas bbq.

For children there is a trampoline, wendy house and a wooden climbing frame to use. This is in the grass area opposite the property to the left hand side.

Guest access

You will have full access to the house and outside patio/astro turf area.

Other things to note

Late check out and early check in is available on request where possible. Fees apply to cover cleaners cost.

Strictly no smoking within the property or building – additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
